PICK-UP SERVICE & TRANSFERS

If you do not have your own transport, we will be pleased to pick you up from any location in Ulaanbaatar (UB) for your transfer to the Tiara Resort.

One-way transfer costs are:

• UB train station - Tiara Resort MNT 30.000 per person one way. Groups from 10 persons receive discount, please inquire.
• Pick-up service and transfer from Chinggis Khan International Airport – any location of the UB city MNT 15.000 per person one way.
• Transfer from any location in UB city to the UB train station MNT 5.000 per person one way.

 

Transfer from UB train station–to Tiara Resort MNT 30.000 per person per one way. Groups 10 persons and more we charge lower prices.

 

MEALS AND RESTAURANTS

We have two restaurants in the Tiara Resort. A modern equipped kitchen and restaurant with “a la carte” Mongolian and Western dishes and a Traditional Mongolian Palace Gertent with fixed meals.

Of course you are also very welcome in our bars for drinks, tea/coffee and small snacks. Our main restaurant also has an a la carte menu.  

 

MEETINGS & CONFERENCES

Big meeting/conference room on the second floor, maximum 150 persons, MNT 120.000 per four hours. If  20 – 50 participants MNT 60.000 per four hours.  

Meeting room on the first floor, maximum 50 persons, MNT 70.000 per four hours.
Rental of entire Palace Ger, maximum 70 persons, MNT 120.000 per four hours.

Rental of entire restaurant or Palace Ger for a wedding or party:
Please discuss the possibilities and prices with our sales managers.

 

OTHER SERVICES

• Swimming pool with in- and outside sunbath terrace, sauna and Jacuzzi:
  Entrance fee MNT 10.000 per person per day. The price is including the usage of a big bath towel and slippers.
• Sauna, MNT 5.000 per person per hour
• Fitness room MNT 2.000 per hour.
• Billiard room: Snooker billiard for maximum 6 players MNT 6000 per hour.
• VIP room usage for maximum 12 people: MNT 10.000  per hour. 
• Karaoke room: MNT 25.000 per hour.
• Satellite Internet:
  In the Tiara Resort we have our own fast satellite internet connection with the outside world. We have in the reception hall a internet corner with two terminals.

• Winter garage:
  The Tiara Resort has a heated winter garage for 20 cars. MNT 2.500 per car per night.
• Souvenirs:
  In the reception hall you will find a souvenirs desk. Collectors items like T-shirts and caps printed with “I travelled the Trans Mongolian Express” are sold here. Also some typical Mongolian articles you’ll find here. The handmade home slippers are made from felt by 16 to 18 year old girls from the Dutch/Mongolian Children Foundation. Underprivileged Street Children are provided with housing in foster homes, education, etc. untill they are able to take care for themselves. Tiara Tours and Tiara Resort are supporting this foundation. Please visit www.asianfoundation.nl.
• Bicycle rent:
  Bike rental MNT 5.000 per hour or MNT 15.000 for four hours.
  A deposit off MNT 60.000 per bicycle applies.
• Horse riding: guided by Mongolian horseman. MNT 6.000 per hour or MNT 20.000 per 4 hours.
• Camel riding: guided by Mongolian herdsman MNT 4.000 per hour.
• Hiking tour:
  Guided hiking tour from the resort to Turtle rock and Buddha Monastery (15km), incl. yak car, English speaking guide, visit to nomad family, picknick lunch package and transfer back to Tiara Resort. MNT 25.000 per person Minimum 2 participants.
• Building up a Ger tent demonstration: MNT 1.500 p.p. available for (minimum 20 spectators)
• Visit nomad family: MNT 3.000 p.p., incl. tea and some typical Mongolian meals.
• Guided Car Tour: from Tiara Resort to the Turtle Rock and Buddha Monastery (15km): MNT 20.000 p.p., incl. English speaking guide, visit to nomad family (minimum 2 participants).
• Car Tour: form Tiara Resort to the Turtle Rock and Buddha Monastery (12km): MNT 10.000 p.p., (minimum 2 participants)
  
• Laundry Service: We have a 24 hour laundry service. Very reasonable prices depend on quantity.
